P & C Association

		The P&C Association meet on the third Wednesday of each month at 5.30pm in the School Library
The P&C is a group of parents and friends who get together to be involved in many decisions concerning the future of our school. All interested persons are welcome to attend these meetings. Interest in the education of children at Ayr State School is the only requirement for membership. All persons are earnestly invited to attend the meetings and to become actively interested in the school.....working in the interest of the students which attend this school.

If you do not receive one please check with your child, or obtain one at the office. Other school notes are sent home on this day also.
Tuckshop Committee: The Tuckshop and Fundraising Committee is a sub committee of the P & C association and meet regularly at P & C meetings. The Tuckshop and Fundraising Committee is a group of parents and friends who work to provide facilities at the school. The Committee is instrumental in organizing the Tuckshop, Plantation Park Markets, catering for school functions and at their meetings make all decisions required to ensure the tuckshop runs effectively.
