Unit Philosphy: To provide an inclusive educational program that allows every child to access the curriculum to the best of their abilities. Unit operations: All students are placed in mainstream classrooms under the direction of the classroom teacher and a specialist teacher aide. The teacher and teacher aide work together as a team to provide every opportunity for each child to access the curriculum. Teacher aides work in the mainstream classrooms from 9 to 1.10 each day.
